Dakota in lake.

Obvious what it is, but what was it before its submersion? :confused:

A Grumman series light aircraft taxied into one of the wings at a speed fast approaching take off. The wing was fitted to another Dakota at Elstree at the time.

I can remember a certain person landing a helicopter in that same lake! much to my shock and horror. He was ok but a little embarrassed.:)
