Dambuster Film remake?

I know he has more money than God, but must have cost a pretty penny to have ten (? if the rumours are correct) constructed nearly 10 years ago then store them since with no funding forthcoming…? also whats happened to Masters of the Air….?

The FSM Lanc assembeled at Hood looked pretty good ( in the few photos released ) . I recall a number were rumoured to have been created in China, and presumably are still around.

I suspect with the film now on the shelf (and not likely to procede anytime soon due to lack of funding) they have decided to release the obvious tie-in Lancaster kit to at least recoup the outlay on that.

And if anyone wants to buy a 1:1 scale Lancaster model, maybe an enquiry should be made to Weta…..

I imagine its based on all the research they’ve done for the film, so the 3D model was already done.. so send it through the pipeline to get it suitable for injection molding.
