Coming up in less than an hour in today’s episode of the Wings Over New Zealand LIVE Show, on Warbird Radio, I will be presenting some recordings from the Wings Over New Zealand Forum Meet held last weekend in Auckland, New Zealand.
We hear from WWII and postwar Royal Air Force veteran Dick Lambert, who was one of the pilots who flew Avro Lancaster bombers during the making of the world famous 1954 classic film “The Dam Busters”.
We also hear an update on restoration projects at Avspecs Ltd from Warren Denholm. And I’ll talk about a very special flight experience on the weekend, in a Supermarine Spitfire. ~ Dave
