Hello chaps.
I don’t know if this has been brought up before, but i would recommend checking out the official Dark Blue World web site. It is very well made and contains some excellent historical information on the subject of Czech airmen in the RAF during WW2. It has a database entirly devoted to czech veterans that you can search for by the first letter of their surname.

I saw the movie for the first time the other day, and i can finally see now what all the fuss was about! Thoroughly enjoyed it, especially the train beat-up sequence! How low!!! 😀 😀

Only nags would be for some of the ‘obvious’ CGI scenes, however considering the relatively low budget, it still manages to blow pearl harbour out of the sky, if you’ll pardon the ‘near-pun’! :p

Anyways… access the website from here http://www.darkblueworld.com
Well worth a look!

Oh, by the way lads… there is a section devoted to un-dressing a WAAF! 😀 😀 😀
(and for the ladies, you can strip Karel, the young czech pilot from the film too! 😉 )

The ‘undress a WAAF’ (via the ‘aircraft’ link) has received a thumbs up from a pre-war auxiliary fitter and a DFC holder that I emailed late last night. You reminded them of something no doubt…..
