The deathly silence form the media suggests that the new charging system and scrapping of the toll booths has been successful so far. Hopefully the doom-merchants will be proved wrong and it has had a successful “relaunch”, as many of us hoped. A couple of friends have used it both ways without any problems at all – one astonished by the lack of delays.
