Yep, im sure stopthefighting must be Richard as thats his AOLIM address. Incidentally has anything happened to Airline Owner? He was one of Skyliners few friends on here and normally posts all the time… Havent heard from him in a while.

I’d keep an eye on that one (stopthefighting). His lack of punctuation and spelling points in the direction of richard and skylinerworld, and they’re the kind of people who would try it at the same time.
On the subject, I made my own database using Microsoft Works. Works just how it needs to be, and I have set the filter to be able to draw up all different types of information. And…it was free! 😀

you will first need to decide what data you wish to record.
I did use Access for my logging until a couple of years ago and mine was set up as follows :
Columns set up for the following info
Reg, Type , C/N, Operator, Location Seen, Date Seen, Photo (Yes/no) flown on (yes/no)
pm if you would like me to email you a copy of mine to use as a blank

I use NMU personally. Invaluable and very powerful tool that I have spent the last year updating as much as possible.

The only time i actually do something with my logs these days is when i write a trip-report. For the rest it’s just a dispersed bunch of shoddy pieces of paper, and a few reasonably decent notebooks. Mind you that notebooks don’t fit inside your socks or condom-pocket in your jeans, so the more interesting numbers are written on awfully small and deteriorated pieces of paper.
I think i stopped doing anything with my logs after i began seeing Russian stuff. Minuscule construction numbers of thirteen digits? No known listings to scratch the seen-ones? Gawd…

I made one myself using MS Access. Works perfectly!
