DC-6/C-118 in Korea

I know that this might not be quite appropriate for this particular forum, but….
Did the USAF operate C-118s (the military DC-6) in the Korean War? For my purposes, “in the Korean War” would mean either in Korea itself or along the trans-Pacific airlift.
