December treats at Manchester

Manchester’s been treated to some nice movements so far this month. Sadly planes such as the Airblue A340s and the An-12 came in after dark, but here’s what me and Rob saw during daylight hours in the past 2 weeks:

2. Swiss A320 in the recently applied new titles

6 & 7 – Spot the Garuda-leased planes after returning to MAN…

8. Norwegian Air Shuttle B737-800

9. Struggled with this photo, best I could get of this Air Bucharest

10. FedEx B757-200F & Thomas Cook A320

11. Emirates A380 making a dramatic arrival

12. AlbaStar B737-400 on a Rugby charter

The White A330-300 in the 7th picture is an Ex-China Airlines aircraft that was leased from Virgin Atlantic. The aircraft recently finished service with CA so has been returned to VA and is waiting to be repainted at Air-Livery into Virgin colours and reconfig to enter service most likely at LHR
