“J33
I have deleted the thread you started about Andrea shooting the deers for inappropriate content.
The reason behind this was simple, here in the UK this sort of thing is “generally” frowned apon, and it will stir up alot of hate, I know America has a “gun culture” which kind of makes this sort of thing part of every day life but here in the UK people are not used to seeing this sort of thing, as you may well know parliment has banned fox hunting with dogs, so the concensus of public opinion is one of distain.
I hope you can understand this point of view
Rgds
Dean”
This is how sad this forum has become. Only things people do not “frown apon” and only things that the majority of the uk people agree with can be discussed in this forum.

Personally speaking, I’d actually prefer not to open up threads on these forums and see photos of people smiling with an animal they’ve just killed partly for “sport” and “tradition”… Thanks.
That is just one animal killing another. It happens in the real world all the time. We are all animals and kill to survive, but I have also seen Lions kill for practise, where game is plentiful they will kill as many edible things as they can and then pick and choose what to eat when the dust settles. Equally when a male lion takes over control of a pack the first thing it will do is go around and kill all of the offspring of its former rival. The females will immediately go on heat and try to procreate with the new leader so the new lion can’t tell which cub is his and which was concieved by their predecessor…
If you think putting a small lump of metal through the heart or brain of an animal is cruel you should see what they do to each other…

and I think to consider that censorship is utterly ridiculous.
What would you consider it then?? Maybe you just dont know what censor means. Here you go….
censor

Dean, I think the majority of people on this forum are big, old and ugly enough to make up our own minds, without censorship thanks.

In my mind Dean’s decision to delete the thread was 100% correct, and I think to consider that censorship is utterly ridiculous.

No and no, the majority of the UK people did not agree with the ban on foxhunting, and hunting with dogs has not been banned, the “killing” of foxes, hares and deers with dogs has been banned, but it is still perfectly legal to go out with a pack of hounds hunting.
