Delwyn Griffiths???

Hi,

This is a very long shot but I thought I would pose the question! Does anyone know of Delwyn Griffiths. I believe he was from the Nuneaton area but I could be wrong.
I am currently trying to help a relative in Germany who is searching for further information in relation to his uncle, a Hptm. Henke of KG 54. Henke was killed on the 16.09.1940 near Withybrook, he lost his life after his Ju 88 crashed after hitting a barrage balloon at Banbury. Delwyn Griffiths contributed some details in the After the Battle book series Blitz 2. I am hoping that Delwyn is still around and could be contacted?

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Kind regards,

Melvin

Assuming (hopefully) that this was written by the same gentleman back in 2012 – http://villageonline.co.uk/village/features/fullhistory/the_wreck_of_w5356

it may yet be possible to contact him through that magazine or alternatively here –

Best of luck.
