DH Moth Minor N94DH

Does anyone know if this aircraft is still owned by the Confederate Airforce? Is it airworthy? I cant find any photos of it online and very little infomation.

Here is a photo I took at Harlingen in 1989 at the CAF show.

There is also one online taken in 1987.

The aircraft is owned by the Commemorative Air Force. The registration certificate was issue in 2010 and expires at the end of 2013, however the certificate of airworthiness expired in 1986. These are the facts but not too sure of the relevance of the info. :confused:
