did ne1 go to sunderland airshow 2009 help!

there was a spitfire looking aerobatic plane there on the saturday. I couldn’t really hear the announcer i was too far from speakers. I think i heard its built in Germany though.

Links from google for sunderland airshow are a waste of time, cos they never stuck to the proposed guide.

Can anyone actually tell me what that aircraft was please
