Wannabe , How sharp you are !! Yeah, iv recently purchased a canon 300d. They were trying to sell them off cheap as they had a batch of 350’s in. Just experimenting at the moment trying to get pics right. Practice makes perfect and all that !!

Indeed practice does make perfect, if you haven’t already then try and get learning the manual features of the DSLR as soon as you can.
