Some missiles have different warheads and can be shot with both to make it harder for the target to dodge (ex Mica IR & EM, R27…).
Now I’m wondering what would happen if you shoot a dual pulse motor missile & a ramjet missile at the same target. Wouldn’t it be near impossible to defeat both kinetically at the same time ? What if you also coupled that with different sensors.
Say you make a dual pulse motor IIR missile with lofted trajectory datalinked with a EM ramjet version chasing the target. Or would it be better vice-versa?
What are your thoughts?

russia picked up on it, but its the different seeker you want,
its better if both are equally fast so the timing of intercept can be consistent
