Talking of bargains, xl are offering some very good upgrade prices on their summer long haul services. Barbados is another £50 or so for premium or another £150 for excelone which is their business class services eith a 45″ seat pitch (about £600 return on most dates).

Sounds like a bargain on what I assume to be a fairly long flight. Unless of course you plan on sleeping the entire time.

Extra legroom, free drinks, more movies, a few little extra services and prioriy boarding. Thats about all you get for your money.

£200 to avoid joining a queue? Surely you get a bit of extra legroom, too?

The plane is an A330-200. If you can cope with 30″ pitch go with economy but I think for what its worth preium is best. Not only you do you get added comfort, service etc, you benefit from priority boarding/disembarkation and this will help if you are first off the plane for the immigration queues in cuba which ive heard from friends are can be long. So I think premium is worth it.
