Digital cameras/warbird photos what cam you got?

How many members here use digital cameras at airshows?What cameras have you got? i have got a Fuji 602zoom its good camera but plan to buy a adapter lense that will boost it for next years airshow season anybody else got this camera?

This is one of my favourites. I was actually taking a long shot of the P51 and just as I pressed it, MH434 flashed through the frame! Incredible luck. 🙂

About £80 I think. The only downside of the lens is that it commits you to being at or near full zoom other wise you cut off the corners of the frame. Because it’s screwed on it’s difficult to get on and off quickly, so you do tend to miss things from time to time.

Would obviously like a DSLR, but then there’s lots of other things I’d like too…….. :rolleyes:

I have the 602 plus the Fuji zoom lens for it. The airshow pics here www.davebrenchley.co.uk were all taken with it.

Once I catch up there will also be galleries for Elvington, the last 2 Shuttleworth shows and Duxford Sept and Oct shows……

I’ll post a couple here later too…..
