Anyone see Classic British Aircraft? It was the end result of the filming that took place on the Sept 5th Cold War Jets Day at Bruntingthorpe – Last night it was the Buccaneer and Victor.
Was rather good I thought – dunno when it’ll be repeated though (only that in the way of DW probably constantly for the next 2 years!)

It is on Discovery Wings. What makes you think they will not repeat it, and repeat it and repeat it and repeat it and repeat it . . . .
Just how many times can a single programme get aired?

Hmm I’ll keep an eye open for that :). Ta for letting us know:)

They are definitely repeated Mondays. I saw the Canberra/Nimrod one Monday just gone…..
It’s the only one I’ve seen so far, but I’ll definitely be looking out for the others.

Classic British Aircraft
I saw it-it was really good. This is a new series for DW every Tuesday featuring two classic British aircraft from 50’s and 60’s from what I have seen-seem to focus on those types which are either been actively preserved in working or order or are still in use. There have been a couple of very good programmes which have already been shown including one featuring the Canberra PR9 and another showing the VC10. I think they are repeated later in the week possibly Saturday?
