Dive the World sham

Hi All,

If you have’nt heard Dive the World has another so-called image of a P-47 in the same lake.

Well its all a fake, I sent the person who over-see’s the Dive the World an e-mail to prove to us that its real by asking them to provied color image of both of these. Also I ask them to provide the the video feed.

Till they do this then their are just fakes and quit trying to tell the world you’ve found another aircraft.

Hi Rob,

Don’t even waste your time with them. They specialise in seeking funding to find the already found!

The site has a history of false sonar piccs and photos/finds copied from other publications.

Compare the sonar of the Mystery aircraft in the North Sea with this in Lake Washington.

The details have even been pointed out to Dive The World in their own guest book by the guy who took the scan.

Regards
Ross

OK I hate computer keys,

Lets try this again, I got an e-mail from the guy who runs the web site and he has asked this guy to send him both color photos and better side scan’s.

I geuss he has got alot of e-mails about these shams. He did say that their were Three Sundys in this lake.

Now I remember the thread on this a I don’t recall anything saying three. Also what did The Times have to say after a number of people called them on this story. I know here in the States if they ran a report like this it would cost the Editor his/her job.

As for the 47 I’ve seen anothe upclose and personal after a water landing to say if this is real then this has to be the softest water landing in the world.

Just out of curiosity what type of fresh water lake is this. I mean is it shallow or deep water also does it have a high dencity of minerals in the water.

Hi All

I agree with Col Rohr from the commonwealth of Maine.

The scan cleans up with photoshop as a much abused photo of a belly landed P47 in europe I have in my collection – one seems to fit over the other perfectly – why do people try this sort of rubbish.

Kindest regards
John Parker
