Hey everyone this is my first post in here!
Ive booked return flights to NY with DL in October of this year, am very much looking forward to returning to NY, been twice before with BA, but going with DL this so looking forward to that!
Just wanted to know obviously DL are having troubles at the moment so i was wondering what are the chances of them going under before october? If they do what are my options? Will i still be able to fly with them? Or will i have to find another carrier?
Hopefully im worrying about nothing!

I guess im hoping that the international expansion will keep them going and help them on the right direction!
I hope it goes well as its nice to see more international expansion from MAN. Come on DL keep going!

Loads of uncertainty in the airline market at the minute; any far off booking is a gamble.
From what I hear, Delta are in real trouble and there is a reasonable chance things may go pear shaped. Don’t worry though, as things have looked far worse for other American carriers of late, and thus far they’ve all survived.

I read on a.net yesterday that DL is ‘tapped out’ and they are trying to get their pilots to cancel their pension plan. I don’t know, it sounded like UA was pretty tapped out a year or so ago and they survived. If DL does go under, then hopefuly AF can pick up the slack and get you there via CDG.
