In 2013 Manfred, the owner of the museum. Told me he was building this replica for the Dornier Museum… Maybe plans have changed…

Dornier Museum in Fredrichshafen was looking at a 335 mock-up, but not aware they are trying to get this one.
I bet they did, but owner may be asking a lot of money…?

I have just been at that place a few weeks ago – the Do 335 looks very much the same as in above photos. Apparently there was no visible progress on the subject.

According this page it was severly damaged in 2006: https://abpic.co.uk/pictures/view/1280588 somewere else I read that ir is under restauration.
