Just wondered, do any parts of the Hawker Henley survive, or have any of the air incidents been recovered by archaeologists over the years.. its a type we never hear much about??. yet during the war lots were used on target tug duties etc, westonzoyland had a few and the only one I know of ,came down in a field near Cannington Somerset, force landed, hit the hedge, and caught fire.. Ive never heard much if anything about these types..??.

just such a pretty aircraft, yet I am unsure if any exist today.. even any large sections.. or is it totally extinct ???:(

Bit hard to tell from the pic, but is the Henley wing panel showing TT stripes?

Many of those parts are old skins from Hurricane LF363. Not quite sure how they ended up at Flixton – they were mostly passed to Duxford!

Hello Merkle,
I think I remember seeing a wing section at Flixton Aviation Museum recently.
Kind regards, Malcolm.
