I’m currently trying to find the money to re-start my weight lifting and jogging routines which I abandoned some time ago because I had other, more important issues to deal with such as bills, rent etc. and I am also trying to get the cash together to purchase some stuff so I can try my hand at kick boxing, but it doesn’t come cheap.
Is there anyone here who tries to keep fit, r are u all beer bellies (excluding Anna of course, woman don’t have beer bellies…apparently):) . If so what do u do?
P.S. Yes I do have a tummy, but I’m intent on loosing it asap…and I ain’t that big, I have a 32 waist.

I have 4 hours (from 2 till 6) in the afternoon with nothing else to do so I use the weights in a gym on a compound here. I don’t know what age you are but I am 52 in November and I used to do Powerlifting when I was in my late teens and early twenties with the result that my knees and back are now f*****. I can still bench press 140 kilos but I can’t run up the street. I enjoy it still though but my advice would be to join a gym where you will get encouragement and help from others.

I used to run for a club and cycle all over the place, now I’ve got a car and a beer belly.:(
Operation belly assault will be put into action very soon.:D New bike plan when the spring starts warming the place up.

I feel that the gyms are too expensive, it’s no wonder people are becoming obese in this country, but good luck anyway.:)
