Do you have a copy of The Men of the Battle of Britain?

Does anyone have a copy of the book The Men of the Battle of Britain as I have a question about a pilot from the Battle?

I am researching Flying Officer Peter Carter who was killed on 18th October 1940 after becoming lost in fog over the Surrey Hills. I understand there is a reference to him in the book and was wondering if there is a photograph?
