Does Anybody Know the fate of the Mig 23's at Timosoara airfeild in Romania?

Hey all, i am currently looking at the fate of mig 23s around the world as part of a data base and have just found atleast 20 airframes in storage at Timosora airbase , Romania , does anybody know what they do with there aircraft , do they go for scrap , on display , tender , donations, striped , sold . can anybody help ??
