Does the 3M54E1/3M14TE have TCM ?

It’s exactly the same as the first picture.The dooooted path is “turning point of the flight path”,translated as “waypoint”.

But i don get the d-o-t-t-e-d path shown in it flight profile … can someone give me more on that ……

The text near the red zones:”End of sea phase,begining of land phase of flight trajectory”
The red zones is air-defence(PVO)

It looks like it has obstacle avoidance capabilities. The second red bullet is the key information in regard to your question.
