What scheduled routes do you think Thomsonfly will announce? What about other airlines?
P.S. Wish I wasn’t posting this thread – no need for Doncaster airport in the first place

Sheffield City was a tiny airport, though.
SZD is still operational, there’s just no scheduled operations there.
I guess Thomsonfly will opt for all the usual destinations from DSA and BOH: PMI, ALC, AMS, AGP and VCE for starters would seem logical to me.

This link shows location of Doncaster. The airport is actually @4 miles south-east of the town(other side of M18 m/way). It is well located to serve many surrounding towns/cities in South Yorkshire/North Notts/Lincolnshire.

Sheffield City was a tiny airport, though.
Right as to where exactly it is… 40km North East of Sheffield, 50km South East of Leeds; 90km East of Manchester (across the Pennines). 5000km North West of Dubai (so no, not in the Middle east ;))

It’s near Sheffield.
Sheffield airport failed miserably…couldn’t they have saved themselves a lot of hassle and money?

Where about is Doncaster.I didnt know where Norwich was either but Ive just found it while looking for Doncaster.
When reading an atlas what does 23 H6 meen.
The 23 doesnt stand for the page number unless Doncaster is in the middle east.

Heathrow – unlikely
I would add Jersey and Barcelona for Thomsonfly
