Did the bike rider have his headlights on as I believe all bike riders should. See and be seen.

Hi All,
I agree a very sad happening but this is what can happen when speeding in a car or as in this case a bike, the bike rider 97m.ph.?? In what universe is it safe to be doing that sort of speed when there is other traffic around and on an A Rd, I am sorry but even as a bike rider myself my sympathy goes out to the car driver as he would just not have the reaction time considering the bike speed to avert an accident.
I have looked at the beginning of the video a few times the bike rider has broken the law on three separate instances before the accident, 1st – Speeding 97m.p.h.,2nd – He crossed into the herringbones while illegally overtaking,3rd – Overtaking illegally approaching a junction.

Terrible thing to happen.
Although in this instance, the blame was shared, I think we must have all witnessed the risks motorcyclists take ?
