I took a pleasure flight today in Air Atlantique’s DH Dragon Rapide from Goodwood (formerly RAF Westhampnett) and managed to film some of the taxi, takeoff and landing. 4mins long / 25mb ish:

Enjoy!

Nice bit of footage there Toby thanks for sharing and supporting AA. 😎
Hope to go over to Connington next Saturday, finaces are looking a bit low for a flight (even with my voucher) but it will be nice to see the old girls again.

Lovely video, glad you enjoyed it!
If anybody else fancies a ride, the Rapide & Prentice are there tomorrow (Sunday 7th May) as well as Conington Airfield , on the A1 just south of Peterborough, next Saturday (13th May)…..
…nice to see the aircraft in action, even whilst having a weekend off work 🙂

Half an hour cost me £60.. took off from Goodwood then headed west to the north of Chichester, back round over the racecourse and past the trundle, over Goodwood House, then east towards Tangmere and slightly beyond there, then back round and towards Goodwood again, thoroughly enjoyable and my first outing in anything smaller and simpler than a Fokker 27! 😀
