Flew to Dublin yesterday with kevinwm and fred seggie on my first ever flight (never flown before ), took advantage of ryanairs cheap flights and must say the flight was amazing. All in all the day was spent in good company excellent weather ( sun burn to extent that my head looks like a lollypop) and the spotting was brilliant cant wait for the next trip CHEERS AGAIN GUYS.

thanks for the comments guys much appreciated, because it was my first flight it sort of spoiled the spotting as i could’nt wait to fly back again,
Not so much the dub heat haze but more the dub sunburn paul, it was that bad i have been ill since i came back (sun stroke i think ) oh by the kev didnt need the eyebrow pencil:cool: 😀

Good work, Rab! I see you were battling the famous DUB heat haze that has spent many a day winding myself and others up!
Also glad to hear you enjoyed your first flight! Flying can be a wonderful experience, although I may need to remind myself I said that when I board a KLM F100 tomorrow morning at 05:35 to head to AMS! What a silly time to fly!

Great shots of the two Aer Lingus A330-200’s, I’ve flown on EI-DAA and EI-EWR respectively, so thanks for the reminder.
EI-DAA was until recently the newest in the fleet and the only one with personal IFE installed in the seatbacks. I’d assume the new recruits EI-DUO/Z will have this feature…:D
