Well… The weather left a lot to be desired, and some inconsiderate fools had erected a new fence right where we wanted to point our cameras, but nonetheless it was an enjoyable day! Huge thanks to Andy (SHAMROCK321) for ferrying us around. Much appreciated!

Ah that’s good, LBA generally seems to have different aircraft during the week, unlike BHX.

Tom…I’m sorry about the texts mate, I was an idiot and didn’t charge my phone the previous night so it died on me. I had to use a payphone at the Interchange to call my taxi home!
The wait by the way was for the 11 o’clock Chavex. There isn’t a 10:30 one!
Future Pilot…Not sure whether you’ve read my last post in the Final Preparations thread or not, but I had EI-DHR to LBA as well! I can’t complain, at least I didn’t get EI-CSO again. Hmm…Hang on a minute…
CSO’s wings were boring and straight when I flew on her TWICE in December. Now they have weird big pointy things on them. GGRRRRRR!

Yeah, as much as I like the look of Zurich it’s not the easiest/cheapest of places to get to from EDI…
But something over a Saturday/Sunday could be a good idea…

Nice pics, Paul. It’s a shame that the LBA flight arrives so late! FR should really do something about that, can’t believe they changed the runway just before I departed too! I didn’t actually realise until we were pushing back, with me deliberately sat on the left so I could see you lot. :rolleyes:
