I hope you don’t mind, but I had a quick play with the levels on the colour channels on the Air Jamaica shot, increased the contrast a little and boosted the colour saturation.

I think that some of these pictures might respond well to a spot of tasteful post-processing.

last few weeks the Lanka 330’s have been going in. seen em flying over head but never been there to snap one yet.

And since when have UL flown there A330s to LHR?

Ever since they got them I thought?

The first shot is brilliant. It has great contrast and we get to see the whole of the aircraft, too. 🙂

Some nice shots, agree with Manc the weather just did not help you on this occasion, however when you have blue skies are great planes…well it’s worth it! I like the AJM shot with the gear not quite taking the load and the reversers just deploying. Again don’t worry about the weather, by shooting in all conditions it can only improve your photography.

Some are a little soft and the weather for the first few doesn’t help you at all.
The Sri Lanka and BA at that time of day the sun is in the wrong position plus you can see the heat haze from the runway. Summer afternoons make any spot on the fence difficult if not un-useable
I’d say the CX is my fav one.

Some great shots Peter, the haze was awful right enough. Will be uploading my selection soon. JAL T7 looks great, and was a first for me.
