Dunsfold 2012 (Sunday) from Traumahawk

A great day out, and we were lucky with the weather. My favourite act was the Tornado Role demo, but all of them were top notch

I was on the Eastern end of the runway at the front, about 100 metres from the vehicle paddock. I was surprised by the Apache/Triplane pair parting company so quickly as well, i was lucky to get them both in frame when I did (though a 500mm lens helped see them at the far end of the runway first)!

Nice pix and well done for getting that balloon burst by the Turbulent.
Judging by the angles you must have been close to me. Were you on the crowdline? I am curious because i was a little way back and by the time the Apache and Triplane were in my view they were too far apart to make a good picture.
