Dunsfold Parks B747

Hi

on this weekends Top Gear I caught a few glimpses of the Dunsfold Park resident B747. I noticed that two engines were mounted on the starboard inner engine pilon a-la-B52. They looked about the size of A330 engines.

Can anyone shed any light on this?

Regards

Steve

It was not done for a Westlife video – it might have appeared on one after it was modified, but that’s merely coincidence. As was said further up, its appearance was changed to represent some mythical new aircraft design (can’t remember what it was called) that featured in the most recent Bond film Casino Royale.

It’s actually been like that for a while and was used in the filming of something (although I can’t quite remember what).

I think it looks quite good in all truth!
