Actually met up with fellow spotter at Beilen from their to Hoogeveen(A28) and then Emmen(A37) from there it’s Autobahn A31 to A3 and you’re there.
It’s only a 30 min. longer drive than Schiphol for me.

Dusseldorf has been a regular going to for Eelde spotters, only 2 hours drive (Autobahn :diablo: ). Left at 07.00 was there a little after 09.00.

Just checked routenet. Eelde-DUS is officially almost 3 hours (Where the heck did I come with 5 hours? Brainfart or something). Routenet recommends driving via (NL) A28, A32, A50 (DE) A3. I’ll just assume instead you take the (NL) A7, (DE) A31, A3? Must be a fun drive,

Damn, I went to AMS the 25th but I see I should have gone to DUS. The Sichuan airbus alone would have made it worthwhile.

Surprised to see someone from Assen venture all the way to DUS. Would Hannover or Hamburg not be more close by? Must have been one hell of a drive. 5 hours?
