Dutch spotter arrested in Taiwan.

Its that time again… another spotter has been arrested abroad.

A 42 years old Dutch spotter has been arrested in Taiwan, charged with espionage. The officials are saying the spotter was observing military planes with “a powerfull telescope”. He also was carrying a laptop, a “walkie-talkie” (scanner I suppose) and a camera.
