I’m using AVG and Zonealarm and I’ve still got the problem but only if the photos are posted as thumbnails.

Bin Norton and get Zonealarm and AVG, both free and both work very well

Papa Lima,
Try using a different antivirus software such as AVG, which is free. Mcafee is also not recommended. For a firewall try Sygate Personal Firewall, which is also free.

Picture problem solved!
That’s it, Glyn! I deactivated my Norton Firewall and got the pictures up!
The problem now is how do I stop junk getting in!

Darren – Are you not heading to Leicester to view Chipmunks en mass weather permitting?
Doesn’t look as if I will make it im afraid

I too have this problem, which started before this particular thread was posted. It only seems to be with new pics asI can still see all the earlier ones. I had a similar problem viewing ABpics and was advised it may be because I use Norton Antivirus/Firewall!

Odd!

Problem remains – and now applies to all new pix posted on the Forum!

This is the message I get – I don’t think that originates from my (Swedish) ISP!
“Apologies, but we have had to restrict access from external sources to minimise bandwith theft.
Please visit Key Publishing Aviation Forums to view the file.”
Which is strange, since I am already in the Forum when the message comes up!
By: Manonthefence - 14th May 2006 at 08:44
PL I think its a problem at your ISP end rather than with the forum. No-one would be able to see them if it was a problem with the forum.

They work fine for me guys…….

I have now E-mailed the Forum address and asked for an explanation, although I believe the Webmaster doesn’t work weekends.
Most annoying!

Problem viewing attachments
Like Papa Lima, I am also unable to view the attached images in this thread, and a couple of others.
Is there a temporary problem with the forum, or is this a new security measure?

There’s never a moderator or a Webmaster around when you need one!
By: Niall - 13th May 2006 at 20:45
No I have got exactly the same problem 😡
