Duxford 12th February pics

Time to mix my metaphors and dip my toe into the lion’s den. You have to start somewhere I suppose! Went for a stroll round the hangars today, photos of a few details that took my fancy.

You can tell it was previoulsy owned by another forumite as there is a cone in one shot. You need to find the “disable cones” button.

And he told me he’d removed all the special modifications too … I’ve decided I’m going to call it the cast-off.

I hereby rename this thread – Engine Baywatch.

Wow! It’s amazing what you can do with a camera-phone nowadays. Does it do sms txt too?

Looking at the blue chair in front of the TSR I notice the for first time how huge she is. IΒ΄ve never seen pics of a TSR-2 to compare the size … WOW! (CanΒ΄t wait for the Airfix-Kit.)

TSR.2 changed much since we last saw it?

Not that I saw —

The Swordfish did look good. I might have managed a better picture through one of the other windows but there was a nasty reflection. Exposure was a bit off too … πŸ˜‰
