HI all, The parking area set aside for disabled visitors is becoming a joke, on my last visit with my father inlaw who is registered disabled(blue badge holder),we were parked directly behind a motor-home the size of lorry, which totally obscured his view from inside my vehicle, on our arrival at around 8am ,i asked the parking attendant politely if we could be parked further along the line of vehicles where he would at least be able to see in front, for the flying later in the day. We all know duxfords weather, soon as flying starts so does the rain, least he would be warm and dry in my car. Anyway parking attendant was just blind rude and said “your’l have to stay where you are”. still pleading we got absolutely no where, has anyone else had similar problems to us, why don’t they park these monstrosoties to the rear like they do at old warden.
