Thanks for the comments everyone, I must admit the DC-3 photos is my favourite one of them all as well, I was quite pleased with the way it came out.
I tried the black & white effect at legends with a few of my photos and this one; http://www.richardflagg.fotopic.net/p43579319.html of the Skyraider I thought looked really good.

Great shots Richard like the DC-3/C-47 shot looks like there’s fog behind.

Black & white
Beautiful all round effect — almost back to WW11 — & best of all — not a ‘Spam-can’ in view — keep up the exellent work as I grew up in those ‘black & white times’, they’re great to see.

Wonderful atmosphere in those pics. Maybe they are too beautiful. You can see that it aren’t old pics. The quality is just too high.

Nice I tried the same on the flightline at Legends. I think it lends a more period atmosphere to the shots. Had a look at your web site and have to say very nice pics. The shot of the Hawker pair shows the similarity of shape very well. Take a Fury/Nimrod and fit an enclosed canopy, knock off the top wing and give it disapearing legs and-voila Hurricane in one easy lesson.
