Duxford Bimble – 19 Jun 08

Getting towards the end of the month and I had not had a weekday visit to Duxford. With Thursday holding good, weather wise, I had booked a days leave and headed south. A German Registered Dornier 228 of the Natural Environment Research Council had a short visit and the Yak 3 was finally having some work done on it. Some of the Firefly’s of Barkeston Heath had an away day and it was good to see ‘Grumpy’ back in residence, if only for a short time.
