From what i gather this was once owned by OFMC, does anybody know what the long term plan is for this aircraft, and if it will once again grace the skies or restored to museam condition.
does anyone also know if there are any other he 111 rebuilds in the world, as there is none flying since the CAF one so tradgically crashed? 🙁

There’s reputedly a Heinkel undergoing rebuild in Austria to fly. Think it may be using some CASA components, however.

G-AWHB the ex-Southend machine which for many years was owned by Aces High at North Weald has been sold to a US based collecter for restoration to flight beleve it is currently in Norfolk.

I doubt it will fly again – as far as I’m aware it was passed on to the IWM who, as I’m sure you know, don’t have a policy of flying their aeroplanes.
