Although not an original Fw 190, the FW 190 new build is a very nice looking aeroplane, and looks the part, when you see it in the flesh. I though the fog might be lifting when I got to Duxford in the morning, but after lunch it had become a bit of a pea souper. I had my Sony Alpha on my monopod and held up high for some overhead shots, but not as high as I would have liked as my remote control lead is not that long.

Merry Christmas

If your remote lead is not long enough set your self timer for five seconds and hey presto!, enough time to get you rig aloft and then steady out.
I use this method and can get my monopod at full stretch plus the length of my arms:) .
