Girls & Boys IAC 161 (G-CCCA) will fly at her owners whim at all times THURSDAY may be good or not so good. But as a rule of thumb weather permiting. any of the resident aircraft will be out being preped for the w/end.Or possibly Friday???????????????????Like a Weather forcaster got to hedge the bets?? OK

If I go to Duxford on Thursday, is there any chance of seeing something fly ?
In my past visits to Duxford, when the weekend of Flying Legends is upon us, the Thursday before the show seems like a rehersal for the weekends display so going by that, if it ‘s the same for every airshow there, then yes, their more than likely will be!

Thanks for the comments :). I would have thought that with Thursday being close to the airshow that a fair number of aircraft would be flying, but nothing is guaranteed..

The Spitty was flying over my way alot yesterday,very nice sitting in the back garden watching her fly about.I would think the pilot hated every minute of it 🙂
It’s the first time i have seen this one fly over,the green does’nt stand out very much when the plane is at a distance away but the wing tip markings certainly do.

I am considering going thursday too, Not sure if anythng will fly but i fancy taking my camera for its first airshow/airfield trip of 2005.
