Produced for the Malaysian Armed Forces by CTRM/EXCELNET/BAE SYSTEMS in order to perform various task.The a/c is made by CTRM using high tech advanced composite material.The a/c can be flown both by pilot/remote control from ground control station.Endurance 10hrs,all weather,simple to operate with payload options.Mission include:Incursion detection,force movement monitoring,border monitoring,comm.relay,piracy,aerial survey/mapping,polution control and sigint.Main sensor comprises:2.3 to 39 degree FOV continuous zoom colour EO imaging sensor,0.4 FOV spotter scope imaging sensor+3rd generation 3 to 5 micron step zoom FLIR.Max alt.12000ft,range 200km,max level speed 133knots,stall speed clean 56 knots,stall speed full flaps 45 knots.Crew 2 ops,6 support,payload 132lb.Engine TCM IO 240-125hp.Malaysian Armed Forces are expected to buy up to 30 of this systems which are produced locally.Most of the systems specs are still classified and i shall try to get a clear close up photo of the a/c soon.Orders from other nation are likely,Brunei being the latest to shown interest.Stay tuned for photo/details soon.
