Early joystick identification?

This was donated to the museum today. The donor didn’t know much about it, other than it was supposed to be from a WW1 fighter. I’ve had a quick Google and the only similar example that I can find is on the SE5A replica at Point Cook in Australia. Please can anybody give a definite identification?

There are some numbers stamped on as follows:

On the alloy end: 10 32 5
On the brass tube: 1033 2
On the sleeve: C199 and 11336 5
On the thumb-lever: 2 11356

The scale is in inches.

At least it wasn’t the wooden chair leg that, apparently, once was offered for sale on eBay as a Sopwith Camel joystick!

12 minutes to get the answer. Brilliant! I’m assuming that’s an SE5A parts list. Thanks AM.
