Early MkI Spitfire rudder trim wheel

Hi guys,
thought Id start a fresh thread here.Just had to design up the earlier rounded edge MkI rudder trim wheel for a project.Scaled it fine off the drawing and off photos but on the drawing shows the rivet centres being off centre by quite a big amount.is it a case of being a skewed scan of the drawing or was the axle off centre?
