Early UK aviation photographers

Hi All,

I’m hoping someone can help/advise with the following? I’m working on a project to digitize and catalog a large collection of historic aviation photographs.

I have come across the stamps of two photographers who seemed to be extremely prolific during the (approx) period 1910-1935, but I cannot find much information about them:

Alfred G. Cooke (105 High St, Wealdstone)
F. N Birkett (97 Percy Road, Shepherds Bush)

I have tried contacting some photo agencies and magazines, the Royal Aero Club, the RAF Museum, but to no avail. I would be very interested in finding out what happened to them, or their collections. Before trying to trace them via census/local records, I thought I would give the query a go here
