Hello!
In this thread I want discuss the possible extra capabilities of EASA radars.
I’ve read that EASA radars can be used for Electronic Attack and as a data link.
I was thinking about this techniques and i’m wandering what other things can be done with EASA.
Just thinking out loud: What if during wartime the enemy uses the same type of radar on it’s A/C or other systems. Maybe the manufacturer built in software wise or within the chips. an OFF keycode, so when the oponent tries to lock on the other ones A/C the radar can be “”shut off” or given false information by sending code to the others EASA. It’s allready done with PC’s so why not with with aircrafts, ships or SAM’s?
If someone has comment on this or has other suggestions please put it here.
thanks in advance!
