The Chippie is red for a reason! I believe it was the aircraft used by Prince Charles for basic training, hence the colour and the non-standard anti-collision beacon on the windscreen.
Personally, I find it a striking change to the usual colours!

Nice pictures, looks like you were blessed with glorious weather.
I’m not overly struck on the colour scheme of the Chippy. A little too much red for my liking.
