I only use a good phone camera and have downloaded an app which takes good mono and sepia images.

Thanks, I took them on a cheap point and shoot digi and converted to b&w on the computer. I have been trying to find a way of taking digi WW2 style pics using the camera rather than messing about in photoshop, this little Vivitar, (tenner off a mate) seems to do the job.

I’m sighing along with nashio, just imaging both Lancs up together….mmmm.:)

Apparently they have enough length if they incorporate the field at the end.

You sort of thought, well in two or three years that might be JJ for real – although having done the QM tour yesterday, I didn’t really understand which runway they are going to use.

To see both of those lancasters in the air together *sigh*
